Growing up in the Philippines is the best ever experience in my life and the things around me is very important and I treasure it. Even that my family is now in the USA, I still keep all those great memories of me and my family hanging out every weekend in restaurants and malls. And one of the best mall experience I have with my family is at SM City North Edsa. The mall just transformed and I'm very happy on its expansion and with the rise of its Sky Garden, The Block and the expanded Annex, SM City North Edsa is now the largest and biggest mall in Asia and also in the Philippines.

Everyone is babbling about the Sky Garden even during its construction, I felt sad in the first place after knowing that they will remove the car park area of the mall, I love that place because of that I play all my sports activity like skateboarding, bmx, and inline skating or rollerblading during my late highschool years and I go there every Saturday with my friends and do our extreme and aggressive sports. I have lots of memories in the area and its funny to remember it again and now I'm starting to miss the old SM City North Edsa.
But it's okay, seeing the new structure and expansion of the mall makes me happy too, and because of the rise Sky Garden, many mall goers and visitors will embrace nature once again as the Sky Garden has lots of trees and grass over that long elevated curvilinear park infront of The Block. It connects people crossing and walking from the Edsa and going to each section of the mall to The Block, Annex and City Center. There are waterscapes, lush lands, plants, and breeze of the windy green nature even you are in the middle of the city. The Sky Garden transformed the part of Manila into an alternative environmental sanctuary, with lots of green, ponds, cool air and even birds visit the area every 5:00 PM. A bird watching activity was also held and happy to see maya birds roaming around the green hill and tress of Sky Garden.
The Roof Garden covers the mall goers and guides them to the path of stores, restaurants, cafe and entertainment hubs of Sky Garden, while walking I noticed a lots of great view in the area, there are art sculptures and a dramatic scene of a cafe in the middle of the watery pond and bonsai trees.
The Sky Dome is the best structure for me. It looks like a mini Araneta Coliseum and even before it was built, I've been hearing lots of news already about the venue. My first experience to visit the Sky Dome (formerly called Sky Garden Amphi Theater) was last Saturday's Jack TV Animation Festival. That was my first experience and I just love the look of the inside of the Sky Dome, it was also my first time in Sky Garden and I truly fell in love with the place during my first visit. I visited the venue again with my blogger friends and I fell in love again to the great attractions and also comfy space of the Sky Garden, it's hard to explain my experience and even that I felt sad in not seeing the old SM City North Edsa, there's a time that we accept change and growth to everyone around us and even to our selves.
