yup! you read it here. The big festival of international arts and music will be next year (2010). There will be no festival this year and I know it was supposed to be this September 2009. I sent a txt message to Joann Virina to confirm the sched, and she told me that her husband and event organizer, Jay Virina, that the festival will be on February 2010. And when I was about to blog this, I finally saw Jay's Facebook wall photos of this new poster.
