
Me and some foodie bloggers and monsters just discovered a new foodie haven in the new P. Burgos circle located in Global City. When I saw venue, it reminds me of Eastwood City or maybe El Pueblo. Lots of restaurants can be found there and the one we discover for a good Japanese food is the Jozu Kin restaurant.
I heard that Jozu Kin is newly opened and if I am right they opened last September 2009. It specializes on authentic and modern Japanese food and also some original recipe that is exclusive only to Jozu Kin. The place is quite intimadating from the outside and inside, but when you see their menu, all of it are affordable and price is okay and different from classy Japanese restos. Here are our foods on the table. (read more below)

pan seared scallop with asparagus shitake mushroom and truffled brown butter
PAN SEARED FOIEGRAS
honey glazed duck liver with mango-sushi rice and mango puree
KUROKUSHO PASTA
freshly crushed black pepper, olive oil, permesan cheese and black tobiko
TARTUFO PASTA
truffle cream with proscuitto and parmesan cheese
MATSUSAKA GYU
matsusaka beef traditionally seared on teppan
TENDERLOIN FOIEGRAS
tenderloin beef and foiegras traditionally seared on teppan
MAGURO TOGARASHI
spicy tuna with onions and wasabi mayo
AMA EBI SASHIMI
hokkaido sweet shrimp with fresh wasabi
HAMACHI CARPACCIO
thinly sliced yellow tail with olive oil, black pepper and lemon rind
USHI EBI SUNBURST
mixed lettuce with fresh strawberry, grapes, apples, orange and blue berry
