In one of the many ancestral homes of Taal, feast on the wonderful delicacies of the province: Tapang Taal, Adobo sa Dilaw Taghilaw, Tawilis and many more. Learn to make your own panutsa or peanut brittle. Then, in Batangas City, live the lifestyle of bygone years, snacking on local biscuits and tsokolate e! lulled by the awesome sound of a Bostendorfer, the Rolls Royce of grand pianos, in an ancestral house.

May 29, Saturday, The Best of Pampanga.
Start early with a heavy breakfast consisting of tidtad (dinuguan), pisto (rebuelto), galantina, kilayin, tsokolate king batirul, duat at gatas damulag, tejadang kamatis.
