MP3 audio of the Final hours of NU 107

Live audio streaming
above is my mp3 recording of the final hours of NU 107 that was aired last night, 11pm-12am of Nov. 7, 2010. I have 12 hours of recording here at home from 1pm-12am. I just set my Philips GO Gear and let it stay here at home and do the recording while I'm out. Although the final hour received a bad reception, but still a good recording and documenting the final hours of NU 107. Hearing the DJs and friends of NU 107 sent their final message in an emotional way, heard someone crying, clapping and later on laughing. FM radio will never be the same again, as the home of NU rock signed off the air after the Huling El Bimbo of the Eraserheads and then our National Anthem.

my story with NU
I have lots of story to tell about NU 107 as a part of life, in the late 90's as high school and college student, rocker, bassist in a band, band manager, gig organizer, and rock music lover, NU 107 is my 1st rock radio and after that it was LA 105.9 and NU is the only radio station that I listen at home and whenever I travel, and thanks also NU for being our radio partners in some of my big events. Now im going to miss NU, esp. the pocket events, summer shebang, NU rock awards and the Djs.

Thanks NU 107 for being part of life, spirit and music. I know that NU 107 will come back, and all we need to do is wait and share to our friends what we learned from NU, like listening to good music, and having the right attitude as a responsible rocker.
