SM Supermalls is having an online singing contest over at Risingstars.ph, the mechanics is very easy and all you need to do is register an account over at Risingstars.ph and then record an audio or video of yourself singing your own cover or version of the SM ChriSMs Bop official Christmas song of SM Supermalls, then upload it and invite your friends to vote for you.
Final submission of entries is up to Jan. 7, 2012 only.
Prizes are - Apple iPad 2 tablet, Acer Aspire laptop and Sony Cybershot digital camera

I went to the risingstars.ph site and saw some entries already, I viewed them one by one. I listened to their versions and others even uploaded a video of themselves singing and dancing, I also spotted a girl already created her own short music video and singing the SM ChriSMs Bop. Guys also had a great challenge in singing the song because the music and pitch of Maria Aragon is hard to get the right flow, but I noticed that some guys did a jazzy and RnB approach and that style can do the trick and reach the right pitch of the end of the song, okay that's a tip for you and better do some practice first before you enter the contest,because after you upload your entry, its already hard to edit it after the video or audio is processed online.
