In the middle of the night, I got the chance to try and take a peek of this new restaurant in Forbestown Burgos Circle, its one of the food hubs in BGC that stand around the middle of greeny rotonda, when you're in Burgos Circle, you'll discover lots of restos and lifestyle centers.
Here I tried the Gambino restaurant, its a new resto that gave a modern take to Italian cuisine, all authentic and treated some menu with a twist. The name comes from a mafia boss.
"Gambino is inspired by the regime of Carlo Gambino, one of the phenomenal "five families" for their Mafia's (Cosa Nostra) nationwide activity in Italy and in New York City in the US, During his regime, it became one of the "most powerful boses" in New York City."
The menu is prepared with traditional techniques by Chef Giorgio Bucciarelli, Chef Christine Nicole Nicolas, Chef Elaine Sanchez, and actor turned entrepreneur Marvin Agustin.
I just got a chat with the Italian Chef Giorgio before in one of the resto with the same cuisine, and I can say that I'm starting to be a fan of his food creations.

Here's my inside the 2nd floor of Gambino, the ambiance is cozy and quiet, but during its soft launch at night, it was in dim mood and the place is perfect for dates and dinner with the family. Sitting by the window will give you a nice light up view of the scene of the greeny Burgos Circle.
Also, Gambino now attracts celebs like John Lloyd Cruz, who dined there few days ago.
