Uniqlo Philippines unveiled the latest 2014 Fall-Winter Collection last night in SM Megamall Fashion Hall. The Heattech clothing are back again with new design, the colorful Ultra Light Down warmers, Uniqlo Fleece and several designs of “Life Wears”that are fit for travel, work, play and make life easy and better. The warmers and Heattech are best for travel and also for cold conditions.
I was thinking if those light and heat retentive clothes will work here even if we live in a tropical country, Because I have a Heattech that I bought last 2012 in Uniqlo HK, I wore it there and it was perfect, and then I have one Ultra Light Down vest that was stuck in my closet for the entire year…so what should I do with it????
Then after watching the presentation and mini fashion show via a Life Cube presentation around the event, I remembered that I surrendered and gave up with the super cold weather in Tagaytay during the –Ber month up to February, I feel like I’m going to die because of the extreme cold temp at night, but I realized now, that I can use those Ultra Light Down to warm me at night in Tagaytay.
As Uniqlo mentioned…their products are considered a travel essentials, when you got out, we always think of a clothing that will be perfect to any weather condition, just don’t go to a cold country wearing only thin shirts with no heat retentive feature.
“We call our design principle ‘LifeWear’ because our projects equip wearers for whatever life offers, so they can conquer every day in style, More than looking good, UNIQLO creates clothing that provides exceptional comfort, great quality and functionality, and value for money.” - Fast Retailing Philippines, Inc. Chief Operating Officer Katsumi Kubota.
