We were then proceeded to the Taste of Luck at the Crimson Grand Ballroom where families and guests gathered and treated another performance of the lion and dragon dance. Joseph Chau introduced the first dish called Yu Sheng, Yu means fish or abundance in Mandarin and Sheng meaning raw, also the same as the word life when spoken clearly.

Put them together and Yu Sheng symbolized the abundance of wealth and long life. Joseph Chau also instructed us to do the Prosperity Toss and say Lo Hei as loud as we can which means tossing luck or rise again. The louder and higher you do the Prosperity Toss, the richer you will be this year!
