Enjoy a special treat in Bizu this Valentines Day, and you should try their Passion Box package and its a perfect gift for your love one. Me and some bloggers attended a Bloggers Merienda event at Bizu, Greenbelt 2 and I went there so late after a meeting, but glad that Audrey Tanco of Bizu still welcomes me and asked me to try their Strawberry Shortcakes and Cake Desire. But before trying out those cakes, I got a little introduction with this yummy Tomato and Spinach Ravioli, and I love the taste of it, and it is very healthy and rich of tomato sauce and greeny spinach. I was looking for meat or beef in the pasta, butI finished all and never seen any meat on it. Its a perfect pasta to all those vegetarians. I love the spinach inside the ravioli, although it will taste weird to first timers, but that's how spinach tastes. I was wondering of Popeye at that time when I ate the pasta. The good part for this pasta is the overflowing of tomato pasta sauce, which gives a big points if I'm going to grade this food.
The Desire Cake is a chocolate mouse type with Starberry on top of it. I tasted it and it is very smooth in my tongue, but the chocolate taste kicks in after. It is very rich in milky form, because it is like a mouse cake, very soft and it melts in your mouth quickly. The chocolate plates will give you a big crunchy bite, after you take some slice of the Desire Cake. For me, it is very sweet, but I know a chocolate lover will surely enjoy this.
One of the best seller in Bizu, the Macarons de Paris, many people are aware of this Macarons, and according to Bizu, it is made of almonds, which I don't get it where's the almond in this food. But the sweetness and softness of the Macarons will give you a tasty sweet sensation in your toungue when you dissolve the sugary like thing in the part of the Macarons.
The best cake ever in Bizu, and that recommendation comes from me. I love this cake..and it made me back to love Strawberry. The Strawberry Shortcake is a cake with white icing, soft chifon style cake, and lots of Strawberry fruits. Not too sweet, but the fruit drives it very yummy and heavenly. The cake is best serve with a hot coffee. I feel in love to this cake and I recommend it that you should try it. I think in one piece, there are 11 strawberries inside it.
