Its my 3rd time to ride a plane and 2nd time to visit Cebu again. I just experienced for the 1st time that 1 hour airplane delay, air traffic was expected and we waited for an hour before the PAL take off. We arrived here in Cebu and went to our target beach resort and enjoyed a little tour, food fest and chikka time with travel bloggers. Tomorrow will be a busy day for an awesome heritage tour.
