Here's my photo coverage of the launch of the condotel in Thunderbirds Resorts Poro Point. Condotel is a 51 units condo like hotel that will be built infront of the resort and below the hill and near the boardwalk. Price of each unit is P5.5 million. They also opened a business opportunity to all their unit owners to do tie up with the resort by allowing their units to be rented by their patrons. I'll post more details here in my blog as soon as I arrive back in Manila.
