Saint's Alp Teahouse only uses quality loose leaf tea that is brewed at a certain temperature for a set amount of time. We serve tea in different ways - hot, cold, with or without milk, and ice blended :) - according to Saint's Alps Teahouse Philippines FB page
The name “Saint’s Alp” originated from a famous resort “Xian Ji Yan” in Taipei where the legendary Lu Dong Bin, one of the eight immortals of Chinese mythology, once visited the place and left a footprint on a piece of rock there. This was how the Saint’s Alp’s “Big Foot” logo was formed. This also symbolizes that Saint’s Alp has brought in the Taiwanese tea culture and trend to Hong Kong and targeted to spread all over the world which becomes an ideal meeting place for its clienteles. - saintsalp.com.hkWhen I heard the name "Saint's Alp", my brain think of a big mountain and a saint, but I didn't get the picture first that the foot on the logo will remind us that "big foot" creature that are rumored to be roaming around the Alps mountains of Europe.
Here's the front store of Saint's Alp Teahouse, its an all glass wall and you can see the people coming in and ordering food infront of the counter, and you can see also people dining inside.
The store is not that big, its a long alley with tables and chairs, I think their branch here in Global City can accommodate around 60 persons. One of my complains are those brown chair. It is so small and a fat guy like me can't fit sitting on it. I can sit but its hard to move because my legs are lock in.
Here's the counter, we went there and caught them with an empty display case, cakes and pastries should be displayed there, but we arrived so early and we didn't catch the delivery of those yummy cakes
Cute displays - the solar powered lucky charm cat and a banner that is all about eating and driking
The menu! - I saw that they have breakfast meals and other pinoy food like the tapsilog, daing na bangus, longganisa and corned beef, I think the pinoy line of food added different style to Saint's Alps Teahouse even that it originates from Taiwan. But they offered some special food like the Taiwanese marinated minced pork.
Here's the menu for their hot and cold drinks
More drinks!!! wow! their menu is 80 percent drinks!
Here's a plastic cup for take out drinks
for hot drinks
Here's our order that day - 1) Green Tea White Moustache and 2) Matcha White Moustache.
Green Tea WM is priced at P110 and the Matcha WM is priced at P140. The Green Tea WM is my drink and I love the refreshing taste.
My wife ordered this breaded Crispy Tofu
and I ordered this and also my favorite here in Saint's Alp Teahouse - Matcha Toasted bread, priced P75
Taiwanese Breaded Pork is not your ordinary porkchop, there's an added spicy curry flavor and I'm not sure if the pepper used here is a special one.
Beef tapa and egg normally called as Tapsilog, one of the most favorite pinoy food
Here's the look of my Green Tea White Moustache after mixing it with foamy milk
My son and wife enjoys their Matcha cold drink
Here are some photos that I grabbed from Saint's Alp facebook page
I love this poster and proudly showing their different kinds of drinks

Taiwanese Minced pork - I will order this on my next visit
Strawberry Nata Sorbie is one of the best seller for this month, a friend told me that I should try this because the taste is good, I love the taste of Strawberry on my drink, I think I'll order this on my next visit.
Saint's Alp Teahouse Manila branch in Global City just opened last October 2011, The location of their Global City branch is strategically targeting those people who live in Forbestown building and those who work in the call center and do office in a building nearby, but if you are a fan of milkteas and green tea drinks, then you should tried the Saint’s Alp Teahouse, because their methods are the same just like from their mother branch in Taiwan and Hong Kong. I just wish that they can add more food on their menu, I didn’t got a chance to see the cakes and pastries on their display glass cabinet, I want to try it because eating sweet cakes and drink coffee or tea is a best partner. But if ever I’m going to drink some cold tea in Saint’s Alp, I have found a perfect match with it, the Green Tea White Moustache cold drink is a perfect partner for that Match Toastbread, not too sweet, but the taste that I’m looking for is in there and it satisfied my tasting needs.
I’ll go back there again to dine and try other drinks. The place is nice and quiet, but there’s no wifi signal and no electric sockets. I hope they install a wifi and sockets, because I love to sip my drinks while I check in to my Foursquare and post my food pics on my blog.
Thanks to Saint’s Alp Teahouse for inviting me and giving us a chance to try this new foodie hub in Global City.
