Starbucks Philippines is having another endless new product for their beverage and food line up every season and this time, the coffee journey will bring us to new taste and flavor as they unveiled their new frappuccino blended beverage added with white chocolate pudding (or taho) under your beverage, imagine there's a taho in your frappy beverage! I tasted and tested it, and I like it, they released the white chocolate pudding add on to 2 new beverage, but I got information that you can get a white pudding add on in any flavored frap, just add Php 30 per pudding add on. Isn't it that cool ? I want to try a double taho in my frap, I don't mind how much I pay., but the white chocolate pudding is so tasty and yummy.
Lunch sandwiches and new food items are also coming in... all of this will be available in all Starbucks branches nationwide starting July 16, 2013.
Before I show you the new food and beverages of Starbucks this month of July, I like to thank Starbucks Philippines for inviting us food bloggers for the food tasting sessions and also introduction to their new food products.
Every food and drink session always starts with a coffee tasting ceremony - its a tradition to all Starbucks activity to start first with a coffee ceremony, - natawa lang ako kasi ngayon ko lang naalala na palagi nga pala kami may coffee tasting and this time they introduced to us the Cafe Vinta of Starbucks, I got the new beans here and I will try it soon - I'm still finishing those Starbucks Christmas coffee beans hahahaa.
Here in their branch in 6750 Makati, they are using a different container for their Frappuccino beverage, noticed the difference ? they are using a non plastic container, but the plastic cover is still transparent plastic, why ? because in Makati City, they now limit the use of plastic in every establishments, so that's Starbucks contribution, they still use the transparent plastic top cover, because it will be hard for the customer and barista determine the content of the served beverage.
During the intro of the new food and drinks, and some taste test, I already found my new favorite, at first, I thought that I'll stick forever with Dark Mocha Frappuccino drink and will avoid and hate the Green Tea Frappuccino, but for their new beverage with a new twist and new coffee journey kind of thing from Starbucks, I started to convert myself drinking and also enjoying their Green Tea Frappuccino added with White Chocolate Pudding, I'm shocked at myself that I love the new version, I bid farewell for the moment with the dark mocha frap and started a new life with the Green tea frappy with pudding. I think the pudding helped me enjoy the green tea frap and also removes the after taste of the green tea. It will be my new flavor of the month after the Asian Dolce Latte.
While blogging this..I just wish that today is July 16 hahaha.

If you noticed, its the same traditional dark mocha and green tea frappuccino beverage, but the difference of this new version is that they have white chocolate pudding inside, (see that white layer below the drink ? ), its a new food innovation from Starbucks Philippines. And the good news is that you can add the white chocolate pudding to your other drink - like a Java Chip Frappuccino, just add Php 30 for every pudding add on.

Its a combination of awesomeness - meaning...a sandwich with 6 types of cheeses in gooey grilled treatment (Gruyere, Emmenthal, Provolone, Mozzarella, Feta and Cheddar) plus crispy bacon strips and creamy pesto sauce on a herbed ciabatta bread. I think this is one perfect sandwich to partner with a hot coffee or a take out snack.

For fish lovers, here's a hearty healthy sandwich for you - the tuna and cheese on dark ciabatta bread is paired with the classic tuna dill salad, slices of hardboiled egg, creamy melted cheese on a toasted dark ciabatta bread.

I heard that salami sandwich is a rare offerings to other cafe or resto, but for me its a common cold cuts that I enjoy during my youngling years, so salami is a big comeback in my life as I tried it here in their new sandwich. A soft and chewy marbled rye bread with salami, provolone and cheddar cheese. In the early age, this is the master of sandwich in western country.
THE CLUBHOUSE

You can resist if there's a club house sandwich infront of you, the best of the best combination of ingredients are here in a clubhouse sandwich - stuffed with roasted tender moist chicken breast and pickle relish mixed in mayo mustard dressing, tomato, honey ham, bacon and slices of cheese. For me this is a powerhouse lunch sandwich. Btw, I heard that this sandwich is available in Manila branches only.
ROASTED CHICKEN PESTO AND SHIITAKE MUSHROOM ON FLAT BREAD

Oh hello there..I think I encountered you before :), yes I think this is a big comeback again for this sandwich, a roasted juicy chicken breast fillet with pesto mayo sauce, shiitake mushroom and with melted emmenthal and cheddar cheese on grilled flast bread. If you bite..the crusty flat bread will introduce you the soft, juicy, and melted ingredients to your mouth, its like an explosion inside your mouth after your first bite.

Yes..that's the name of the cake, and not too funny but its outrageous. Why?
Because this cheesecake is filled with bits of mangoes, blueberries and strawberries plus white chocolate snowflakes. Its so creamy and rich, your brain will register three kinds of fruit flavor after one bite hahahaa. The creamy comes first and followed by the sweet and rich taste of the three fruits.

Cookies with Belgian chocolate and white, fluffy roasted marshmallow cream icing in between, Kids will love this. Dunk in coffee? yes, its allowed hahaha.

I thought its a new wave of empanada, but this one got more love after the club sandwich, this pie is filled with tender beef strips, sliced mushrooms, carrots, and mashed potatoes. Most people love this heated in an oven, but for me, I still enjoy this in cold temp, fresh from the fridge.

Even that I'm in a haggard versoza mode here in the photo, I just don't mind the stress, because I soooo love the Green Tea White Chocolate Frappuccino beverage, it makes me fly and leave my stress on the ground.
