November 23, 2013 (Navy Pier, Chicago IL USA) - An annual toy and game fair was held in Navy Pier in Chicago with over 250 exhibitors showcasing their new game features and inventions. The most interesting part of this event is kids (like me, just kidding) have the chance to explore, play and test these new toys and games.
Major sponsors from biggest toy manufacturers and distributors like Hasbro, Playsmart, The Playmakers, Oxford Games, Leap Frog, and a lot more gave their best shots to introduce their new products and gain public attention to all participants.
According to Mary Couzin (Founder and President of Chicago Toy & Game Group), quoted from the newsletter she said:
"The Chicago Toy and Game group is passionate about play and we promote it through all kinds of events: through fashion at our PlayChic toy/game/entertainment fashion show, through our support of inventors at our Toy and Game Inventor of the Year Awards, through our Games in Education Conference and website, our Young inventor Challenge and of course, The Chicago Toy & Game Fair and more."
Other main attraction on that event are as follows:
- Young Inventor Challenge - wherein you can view original game creations from our smart kid inventors
- Marusenko Sphere Contest - test your puzzle skills against other players
- Spot it! Tournament - Test your spot skills and win special prizes
The two day event offers fun and excitement to all ages plus explore Chicago's pride - the Navy Pier.
