This July 29, 2014, Starbucks Philippines will finally launch and release our very own Philippines edition of Starbucks Card and inline with the release is the 1 year anniversary of having our own Starbucks Card here in the Philippines. Collectors of the card and Starbucks fans are happy with the announcement because we now have our own Philippines Starbucks Card. The card will be released nationwide.
Above is my copy of the card, we’re so lucky that we got the first dibs and to own this card, we got it during their Starbucks bloggers event. An event that I shouldn’t miss! haha.
We can see that the card shows 3 kinds of elements based on the Philippines image.
1. The “banig” or hand wooven mat
2. Philippine eagle, which is known as the monkey-eating eagle and considered as our national bird.
3. Colors of our national flag – yellow, red and blue
