Althea Residences is a 4.3 hectares of land located near the Binan City Hall, it is heavily guarded and security is not a problem here. At the grand launching of Althea Residences in Binan, Laguna

Lots of guest and home buyers went to the grand opening, many are already inquiring about the space and also the price of their house and lot
I can see the side of the other side of the community, but according to SOC Land that there will be a perimeter fence to give privacy and security for their home owner.
