Laguna
is one of the best site to settle down and live in a modern home. Many pinoys
and expats are now living in a city with fresh air to breathe, less road congestion and
being part of a new community that is developed and brought to you by top residential developers.
Take a look for example in Binan, Laguna, its not that
far or near from Manila, the distance away from the metropolis is just right. Living in Binan, Laguna already have its own community that is well developed and also
self sustainable.
A new residential site was opened in Binan,
Laguna and this was developed by SOC Land, they call the new residential site as
"Althea Residences". SOC Land is a 4 year old property developer company but
their portfolio reveals that they are a property arm of holding company South
China Resources which has stakes in oil and gas exploration, real estate, steel
fabrication, banking and telecommunication. It is the same developer behind
Anuva—a multi-building development located along the Sucat Interchange. SOC Land
is affiliated with Puyat Steel Corporation, International Pipe Industries
Corporation, and Puyat Flooring Products, makers of the industry-leading APO
brand of construction materials.
It’s a big company that will guarantee
a home owner that will be never left behind when it comes to home needs and also
construction and rehabilitation of their homes in Althea Residences.
Map
to Althea Residences
Althea
Residences is a 4.3 hectares of land located near the Binan City Hall, it is
heavily guarded and security is not a problem here. They offer three kinds of
houses for Althea Residences - The two storey single detached homes - Aurea, The
single attached home- Ayanna and the bungalow house - Aralia.
According to Mr. Felimon Yee, Jr., vice president for sales and marketing of
SOC Land, Althea Residences was carefully planned to ensure low density. “We
understand that for home owners, especially those with children, ample space to
move around is an essential factor in selecting a home,” he said. “It’s
something that we offer an abundance of in Althea because we value that kind of
luxury.”
