GrabTaxi is now opening its doors to not just
providing commuters an alternate option to hail a taxi or sedan. It’s latest,
feature, Grab Express aims to provide another alternate option for people to
send parcels/documents and what not to those within the city.
The
service, which is currently available to eleven (11) delivery areas (Alabang,
Makati, Mandaluyong, Manila, Marikina, Pasig, Pateros, Pasay, Paranaque, San
Juan, Taguig, and Districts 1, 3, and 4 of Quezon City). Aims to provide a
convenient, reliable, and safe on-demand delivery service for both personal and
business use.
Currently,
Grab Express allows delivery of medium sized parcels which that are less than
five kilograms with dimensions not exceeding 28x32x12 cm. The service is open
from Monday to Saturday, 8AM to 8PM.
To
use the service you can head to the GrabTaxi app and tap on the GrabExpress as
your vehicle type. Just like getting a taxi you can set the pick-up and drop-off
locations for the driver. Once you are assigned a driver you will then be given
the Biker’s details. You can track your booking through the app. You can also
share the ETA and details to the one receiving your package.
GrabExpress
is now live and you can test out its service right now.
