Last July 19, 2017, Dencio's restaurant opened their new branch at the corner of MAAX SM MOA Building, that corporate building that stood infront of MOA Arena. I also learned that MAAX stands for -- Mall of Asia Annex building. It took me years to know that acronym.
Dencio's restaurant is located at the far corner of the building almost near to the Shrine of Jesus the Way, the Truth and the Life, the only church in Mall of Asia Complex.
There's another Dencio's restaurant at Mall of Asia, but their new branch here infront of MOA Arena can cater a different customer -- not your mall goer type, but they are the concert goer from the MOA Arena or a family who just finished their worship at the church.
But for others, customers from the corporate building are easily attracted and also those who want to stay away from the mall and take advantage of the spacious parking lot at MAAX building is also a targeted customer
MAAX Building
Dencio's restaurant at MAAX building is in hyper mode, especially at night. The entire resto bar are visited by yuppies and also families who want to have a nice dinner before going home.
The new branch has a wide floor to serve more diners, a separate room for a much private dining experience and also they have an alfresco dining area for people who want to smoke or just want to have a nice peaceful meal and away from the noisy music of the resto bar.
I asked if they plan to add live bands at night, but according to one of the staff of Dencio's the platform stand for bands is just for the grand opening.
Dencio's restaurant is also popular as a resto bar venue for drinking beer, wine and spirits. They have a small bar at the corner where you can order a beer, wine, spirit and also cocktails.
I also like the below zero beer. You have to try a bottle of a below zero Heineken beer to pair with your crispy sisig. Masarap sya.
I did some survey in my Facebook, and I asked the people from my network about what are the best food to eat at Dencio's
survey:

Almost everyone who answered my post they all got the same answer---- Crispy Sisig.
Im not a fan of a crispy sisig. You know Im the guy who is loyal to Aling Lucing's sisig in Pampanga. But I gave myself a try to taste their crispy sisig.
"
I think the Manilenos are "sanay na" when it comes to the taste of Dencio's crispy sisig. The sisig came to our table in a sizzling hot iron plate and it was mixed with a raw egg and then we let it cook for a while and ate it inch by inch.
The creamy-ness taste because of the raw egg gave more flavor to the crispy and dry sisig. For me its okay, I can say that Dencio's crispy sisig is a perfect - "pulutan" and not an "ulam"
You can enjoy it without rice and a perfect food with your iced cold beer or margarita.
Dencio's restaurant brings good vibes to all diners. Here we are celebrating for our 6 months partnership and collaboration in blogging. We're preparing for a big project and we gave a toast and cheer for everyone who are successful in their fields.
For sure...more to come! so we wish for more after this dinner.
