I think Seda Hotel in Vertis North is the biggest and luxurious hotel in Quezon City, they've opened early this year and I've noticed them on social media after people talked about the offerings of Seda Hotel Vertis North. I wasn't aware that this hotel is owned by the Ayala, but I figured out after when I learned that their hotel branches are always located near an Ayala mall just like in Seda Hotel in BGC, Nuvali and also here infront of Trinoma Mall and a new lifestyle mall- Vertis North
Seda Hotel Vertis North offers their 400 rooms, ballrooms, swimming pool. a gym, 2 restaurant, 1 roof top bar, club lounge, and spa room. All their rooms are equipped with 40-48" LED TV with cable channels, high speed internet, and a special club lounge check in area.

If you plan to stay here, you need to have a budget of PHP 4.8k for the deluxe room and if you need a two bed room suite, the rate starts at around PHP13k
Seda Hotel Vertis North is a perfect hotel for business travelers, family staycations, work vacation, tourist visit or just want to have a relaxing getaway within QC.
Its my first time here in Seda Hotel Vertis North and Im happy to share here some photos and the things that I observed during the hotel and room tour with fellow media and bloggers.
I got the interest to join the tour so that I know what they can offer and I heard that they have a luxurious set up which attracted some guest to have an overnight stay.
The hotel is big and as you enter the lobby area, you get this wow moment because of the set up of their lobby and front desk.
Everything is so Instagramish and the lighting are with a touch of gold and white.
Each corners emit some glamourous vibe, and this is just a lobby area and not yet the room of the hotel.
I also love this flowery chair. Its so weird but its so comfy when you sat on it.
The elevator area
First room that we visited are the DELUXE ROOM at the 4th floor.
Its a room with 42sqm area and equipped with LED TV, aircon, wifi, mini bar, ref, closet, bathroom, hotel slippers, phone, desk area with lamp, ipod dock, electronic safe, bathroom and a shower.
Overnight stay rate is at PHP P4,480 ++ per night

Here's the view by their hotel window of the DELUXE ROOM. Its a bit depressing that you'll see the squatters area at the other side. Im not sure if they will be there forever. Because Vertis North area was once a squatters area and it took them years to relocated the residents to a permanent location before building a lifestyle complex here.
But looking at this view at night, you'll see sparkles of light and beauty of Manila's horizon.
CLUB ROOM
This kind of room is located at the 11th floor only of Seda Hotel Vertis North, its one of the best room because they got a nice view and also you have an option to book two rooms as a connecting room.
Rate of CLUB ROOM is at P5,660 ++ per night
And to own the other room beside it, the rate is at P13,360 ++per night for the 2 BEDROOM SUITE
The other room is the PREMIER ROOM, a much bigger room and it has a bath tub.
Rate for starts at P6,480 ++ per night

The CORNER SUITE
The CLUB ROOM offers a bigger space with living room and they are located at the corner of the hotel. It also have a walk in closet and bathroom with bath tub and it can accommodate a family group.
The CORNER SUITE rate starts at P7,680 ++per night
Each room for the CLUB ROOM, PREMIER ROOM, CORNER SUITE and 2 BEDROOM SUITE qualify the guest to use the Club Lounge dining area, its an exclusive lounge with overflowing of drinks and food everyday.
There's also the PRESIDENTIAL SUITE but the room is not yet available for viewing at the time. Im not sure how much for an overnight stay, but my guess is that the rate might be around hmmm PHP250k ?
SWIMMING POOL
Hotel guest can visit and use the pool anytime within the day.
There's no good view when at the pool area, but its okay to stay in the water just to avoid the eye sore construction of a building infront of Seda Hotel
But for this side view, you'll see the sign of Ayala Malls
THE GYM
Hotel guest can also use their gym anytime.
They have some weights, stationary bike and threadmill
SPA ROOM
Seda Hotel Vertis North also offers their Spa massage service. You can also try their spa here at a rate of PHP900. But for in room spa massage service the rate is only PHP 800
Thats good for a 60 minutes relaxation from their in house therapist.

THE CLUB LOUNGE
An exclusive dining area for CLUB ROOM, CORNER SUITE, PREMIERE and 2 BED ROOM SUITE hotel guest.
They offer over flowing of drinks, coffee, tea, softdrinks, beer, wine, cocktails and food for their guest.

They also have a private dining room and meeting room
Business travelers can also book this if they plan to set a meeting at the hotel.

The Club Lounge is open daily, but there are schedule for the food and drinks. Be sure to check them out when you are staying at Seda Hotel.
But its best advice to try their exclusive rooms or the Club Room for you to have access this luxurious dining area.
You can also eat your breakfast, lunch and dinner here.
Misto is the main restaurant of Seda Hotel Vertis North. They offer buffet and ala carte meals to all hotel guest.
Breakfast is also served here for guest who avails the hotel room package with breakfast.
I visited Misto at dinner time and I saw the over flowing of food already at the buffet table.
I also saw the chef being so busy preparing all the food for their guest.
Misto offers food -- Filipino, Italian, Chinese, Japanese and Western food.
