World Pizza Day, yes there's a global celebration for Pizza and the official date is Feb 8. But here in the Philippines we celebrated the global pizza day last Feb 9, we do that because we are one day ahead from other countries.
In the Philippines, Greenwich Pizza invited everyone to come and visit the Greenwich's Overloaded Pizza District, a venue in Glorietta 4 Dolphin Park, the local stage for the World Pizza Day here in the Philippines.
Greenwich Pizza opened the gates to the public and offered everyone a free pizza, pasta, chicken wings and beverages. They hand off some stubs for everyone to claim their free food and get to enjoy the program, live music and games with their Greenwich barkada.
I arrived late and missed the program, but I get to enjoy the food and also get together with my blogger friends. After my meal, the gate was opened for the public and then the program did some kind of replay, repeating the program that I missed. yay!
Greenwich Pizza introduces their celebrity endorsers - Robi Domingo, hosted the program and then was joined by his fellow endorsers that was launched that night -- Ella Cruz, Julian Trono, and Bella Padilla.
I wish that it will be a world pizza day hahaha. Because it was a fun event and we celebrate it by munching pizza and take home some boxes --- omg my ref is filled with pizza and yeah!!! Greenwich Pizza is my official breakfast food here at home for almost a week.
