If you have a budget like around 1.9 M or above, and you want to stay away from the crowded and stressful traffic in Manila. The only option that is left for you to have a peaceful home is to live away from the city and transfer yourself for good in the province. Pampanga is the one of the liveable town and its only 1 ½ hour away from Manila, the good part when you live in Pampanga is that it feels like you are staying in a bigger city than Manila. Its not crowded and there are lots of malls, tourist sites and also its near Clark Airport.
I joined the tour organized by NorthPine Land, so that I get to know their new homes built in their new project site -- Montana Strands, their new residential project site in Central Luzon and it is located here in San Fernando, Pampanga, almost near from the Mexico Exit and few minutes away from SM City San Fernando.

Located in Montana Strands is their new Lifestyle hub community, In Montana Views, they will be offering a Basketball court, swimming pool, and children's park. As of now the Children’s park is now up, but other amenities will be constructed as soon as they started building the house.
I just got info that they just sold 80% of their residential homes, it means that many already bought their units and got the interest to settle down here in Pampanga.

Thanks for reading and viewing the photos of the walkthrough, Im not an expert when it comes to home decors and interior design, but I can say is that Im so impressed on the way they display their model homes. But having that same set up might cost you another 1M , so set your budget wisely if you are going to buy a new home.
The tour is not yet over, in my next blog post, I will feature the “pasyalan sites” and tourist site in Pampanga. Its easy to commute around Pampanga, you can ride a series of jeepney going to places, but if you have a car, that will be the easiest and fastest way to commute back and forth.
