Its my 2nd time to attend a bloggers meet here at Metro by Tokyo Tokyo, well, its just so weird that on their first opening last summer 2009 they have this very formal and stylish look, its more intimidating and classy style, and then they change their style and revamp the whole resto to remove the classy style and with a friendlier look. I know the rest name was Tokyo Tokyo Metro, but they switched the name and decided to call it Metro.
The name of menu just changed, and even you know that it is authentic Japanese food, you can still recognize this food with their appearance. The name is some how westernize but the taste is still original Japanese. This new resto is the way we experience the Izakaya way.
