The Venice Piazza Mall Open Park in Mckinley Hills just experienced a massive street party by adidas and it was well attended by different people from the arts, music, extreme games, sports, pop culture realm. The adidas originals Street Party is the first party we have here inManila to celebrate the street as the roots of authencity, style and originality. It was a fun night and event that I arrive 3 hours late, I noticed that the party just started with people dancing, fireworks and fashion show . I saw the 501st Legion Philippine Outpost (aka Star Wars people in costume) trooping around and funny to see our friends getting crazy to have a chance to hug Darth Vader.
The booze is everywhere, fish balls, hotdogs, all of it are free. There are a lot of booth of activities, games and a free personalize artwork for your adidas shoes. Skateboarders, fire dancers, BMX riders, hip hop dancers are everywhere and the night never stop.
adidas really show us how to organize a party, and I can say this is the best party ever in Manila. Free stuff for everyone and I took home a Darth Vader bobble head toy while my friends got this animal soccer player stuff toy.
