It was bloggers food battle in Focaccia restaurant at the Fort Strip, Global City, Taguig. Me, Lace, Jonel vs. Jen Sexynomad, Flow and Ohmski in a Pazzo Rollio making contest the other night. Todo laughtrip that night, because I cheated and added that two lemon slice to add decor on our pizza plate haaha, while Flow added that bottle of sparkling water to add more effect.
Pazzo Rollio is one of the specialty of Focaccia restaurant, its a French pizza style in origin and adapted by the Pampaguenos, and now it is first introduced in the local food mainstream screne by Focaccia restaurant. Pazzo Rollio is a thin crispy crust pizza with toppings (meat, beef or seafood) and its your duty to add more toppngs of alfalfa sprouts, roll the pizza, and then eat it.I first tried this Pazzo Rollio in Focaccia at A.Venue Mall, and now I discovered that they expanded and introduced to us their new branch at The Fort Strip.
