As expected once again, the crowd is much bigger this year and it was a surprise for me that many made it to reach the Nazarene and touch the wooden cross, teenage girls are also active in crowd surfing, jumping, and falling. I saw many people got hurt and most of them fell under and never been spotted again. There are a lot of tension and actions going on in here, and I noticed that the movements are fast and the arrival of the Black Nazarene here in my location is early, last year they arrived at around 3pm, but this time they were early at around quarter to 2pm.

a massive crowd arrives before the Black Nazarene
it was noisy and all I can hear are the shouts of many people, then I saw that the rope was thrown away in the air
the crowd went wild after the rope was thrown and the rope vanishes in the middle of the crowd
then the rope that pulls the Black Nazarene reappears and people was seen holding it on their shoulders
it was like a tug of war with no rules, everyone wants to hold the rope, there's a marshal tries to re-organize the pull of the rope, he hit the hands of the people who are holding and pulling the rope on the wrong way
the guy who raised the hands got the message from the marshal
others wait for their turn and try their luck again to touch and pull the rope
this guy warps the end of the rope to his neck, just to secure that the rope won't let go out of his hands
if you hold the rope, dont let go and start pulling it
after the rope was thrown out on the other side, many approach it and grabbed the rope
many of them got tired and request for water to people who are sitting on the top of the roof, water were sprinkled to them, other threw some bottled water.

this guy catches my attention when I took some pics and he ask for some water, I want to throw my bottled water, but he is far from my area.
The Black Nazarene arrives
I saw this guy near the Black Nazarene, I don't know if he loss consciousness due to exhaustion, he looks like that he floats over with the sea of people
then he sank under. We saw this and we are concerned on what happened to him

everyone wants to climb up to the moving coach of the Nazarene
the rope went back and it seems that the pull force are not organized again
they threw the rope to the other side of the crowd so that they can pull it properly
everyone fights for the right to pull the rope

teenage girls were spotted diving and like swimming over the crowd, they jumped to touch the cross and later on fall on the ground. I even heard one of them screamed so loud after falling, I think they were hurt, because the fall is around 15 feet tall from the cross.

a small crowd appeared at the back of the Nazarene carrying their own Nazarene, tension arises again as many of the crowd repels them for sneaking infront of them
Everyone really tried so hard to reach the cross. I'm thinking of to try to reach and touch it next year. It will be a challenge and an experience that I will never forget. see you on 2012.
