I like how Hong Kong Tourism Board promotes their country
with lots of festivals, events and different sights for every month and season,
for this whole month of October 2012, Hong Kong will be a whole month of heart
pounding of fun, spooky encounters and give some spook-tacular experience as
they host another round of Halloween festival. Did you know that Hong Kong is
now the capital of Halloween in Asia, because all cities and theme parks are
inline together for a month long Halloween Treats. Hong Kong is one of the best
and top destination for tourist, and according to Hong Kong Tourism board that
the country welcomes already around 4 million tourist since July 2012 and for
this month, it will attract more tourist because of their new festival for
October 2012.
There will be lots of attractions in Hong Kong, having
their own Halloween twists, like there will be spooky events at the Lan Kwai
Fong and Avenue of the Stars, expect some restaurants that will serve Halloween
theme foods, Disneyland in Halloween theme celebration, SCREAMS Halloween
attraction at Madam Tussauds, Halloween in Ocean Park and many
more.
“
This year, Hong Kong Halloween Treats presents yet another
round of endless merriment to locals and tourists alike. Hong Kong’s best-loved
attractions like Hong Kong Disneyland, Ocean Park Hong Kong and Madame Tussauds
Hong Kong have lined up exciting programmes to thrill and amaze visitors,
providing them with a one-of-a-kind experience that can only be found in the
Asia’s World City.
“Numerous street celebrations, masquerade balls, and
costume parties are also held in various areas such as Lan Kwai Fong and Avenue
of the Stars, among others. Restaurants and food outlets also offer tempting
Halloween-themed treats that families and friends can enjoy,” -- Mr Simon
Wong, HKTB Regional Director for Southeast Asia
