SM
Foodcourt continues to serve 69 million of its customer and I didn’t
know that the SM Foodcourt is here since 1976 and now operating to 38 SM
Supermalls branch around the country. It is the biggest food hubs in the country
and it continues to upgrade their service and also the venue, did you know that
this is the first ever food plaza to serve free wifi in the Philippines.
I remember that Wifi stress testing in the past and I’m
happy that all SM Foodcourt have wifis, plus the 400 meals selection in each
branches, I love to eat here with my family and friends and its one my special
tambayan during my high school and college years. Meeting up with my friends and
end our days there laughing, non stop exchange of stories and also eat our favorite food.
In the past, I really dig Sizzling Plate, Goto King, Bodhi, Greenwich, Jollibee,
and many more. There are food stations remain after all the years and other old
time favorites are gone and seem never come back, I miss Mongolian and Tropical
Hut Hamburger. But its okay, SM Foodcourt is here to stay for us and bring new
food concepts for us foodies.
I agree! After shopping… let’s eat in SM
Foodcourt.
Okay, we have this trip going to SM Dasma and it’s about the new
upgrades, plans and re-opening of some SM Foodcourt branches in the Philippines,
our preview is here in SM Foodcourt-SM Dasma. We met the officials of SM
Foodcourt and here they share the new whirla-gigs of SM Foodcourt of today and
its future plans in other branches.
SM
Dasma’s SM Foodcourt opened last 2004 and after some years the officials decided
to do facelift for this 2012, just to change the obsolete style and design,
and this changes are aimed for the comfy taste and beautiful look that customers
wanted and having a modern concept design that will make us customers so happy. The
renovation was done for only 43 days and it was completed with a new façade,
tiles design, and interiors, although the chairs and tables are still the same,
but I heard that they will change their fixtures too.
SM Foodcourt in SM
Dasma have 8 food tenants available today, and at the end of this year, they
will soon have 10 food tenants and new concept food store for everyone. Turks
Shawarma is now upgrading, and now transferring from kiosk to food station of SM
Foodcourt. In SM Dasma,, I noticed that they will bring more food concepts and
that are not available in other SM branches.
Today they have:
food stalls:
Inihaw Express
Pinoy Pyesta
Sizzling Plate
Kusina ni
Gracia
Cavite Fiesta
food carts:

Cavite
Fiesta is new and its my 1st time to see this here, they say that it is the
sister food company of Cebu and Davao Fiesta
Buko
is the new trend for this season, now here’s Buko Fruitas for your buko salad
needs and juice
People
enjoy the food here!
Here’s
my moment, I ordered my favorite Caldereta here in Kusina ni Gracia, I always
order this whenever I’m in SM MOA.
I
pair my meal with a yummy laing.
The
Caldereta of Kusina ni Gracia – the most yummiest caldereta version in all food
stations, it’s a little bit spicy but I love the flavory sauce and beefy
meat
Laing
- it’s a little bit chili, but I love it and tasted a Bicolano version of laing
with big Chili on top
spotted:
Jeman and Alex carrying their food hauls of the day
Fish
panga in miso soup
I
just can’t let this go!! having a Papaitan from Cebu Fiesta on my table. Now I
have three meals heheheh
my
seatmates ordered Kare Kare from Kusina ni Gracia
Grilled
Squid
First
time to try Sek Lek Thai Noodle’s Pad Thai – although not the Pad Thai taste
that I expected but they got the taste in an inch and I’ll give them more time
to master the taste, I ‘m not sure if they adjusted according to the taste of
non Thai foodie. But I hope they can add more taste to their noodles and peanuty
tastes.
Jeman
ordered this Chicharong Bulaklak. hahahahaha….I just can’t believe they now sell
this in SM Foodcourt, I love this!! I will find this in their branch here in
Manila,
spotted:
bloger Rodel and Enzo posing thumbs up with SM’s Jesse Herrera
After
a nice lunch meal and some kwentuhan… I stopped here in Buko Fruitas’ buko
salad.
I always miss this whenever I’m in a SM Foodcourt branch here in
Manila, there’s always a long line of people waiting for their order, but today
was my lucky day and I tasted this…so yummy!!
Thanks
to the mighty team up of SM Foodcourt team and SM Supermalls Digital team for
organizing this food trip-travel for us bloggers.
Here’s
the new façade of SM Dasma, they are now expanding and it’s the biggest (and
sosyal ) mall in Cavite!!!! , we always go to SM Bacoor, but my heart was for SM
Dasma, its so spacious and I like the kiddie rides and playgrounds, We will
visit this next weekend, because I’m always inviting my wife here to check it
out and the road behind the village goes straight to SM Dasma. My son will love
this mall too, because of the playground and kiddie rides. I’m also targeting
some new food tenants that I spotted inside the mall, hmmmm chicken Australian
style and lots of milk shakes bar… oh wow!
