I still remember the 1st Converse sneakers I purchased in SM Megamall 10 years ago, its my favorite shoes that time, because I bought it coming from my own pocket, it feels great to reward yourself after hitting the office desk every day. Converse shoes is a big love here in the Philippines and the trend grew more when the Eraserheads band members wears it during their early start and all of its fans followed and the year of the Chuck Taylors are back again in the mid 90's as the porma shoes of the era and not just a basketball shoes from the 80's.
Converse style and design followed the global trend in sneaker designs, they released their own style and statement bearing the Chuck Taylor's spirit. Its hard to let go of my old Converse sneakers, I'm still looking for the same design but it looks like that I need to embrace another new design for this new generation. This 2013, the big news is that Converse just opened up their 1st flagship store in Makati, Its hard to tell a story when you're thinking of shoes, I'll close this write up by showing you the photos from their store... oh damn..I want to buy a new Converse sneakers.
