Its a long travel ride from Manila and an hour away from our home here in Bacoor, Cavite. Me and some Cavite bloggers and bloggers from Manila went to Trece Martirez to try out a food event at the Republic of Cavite. Jori left Angono at 9am taking the coastal route, while Don and Fitz drove all the way from Paranaque and took the GMA-Dasma rout, Chris lives in Dasma, its a 30 min. jeepney ride from his home going to Trece. Its easy to go to Cavite but its hard to go back home at night. Traffic is expected in Imus and Bacoor.
Below are some photos of sites we visited in Trece.
statues of the 13 martyrs located infront of the Trece Municipal hall, the name Trece Martirez came from the 13 martyrs who died in a death trial after they were accused of being a traitor to the katipuneros. Although, the allegations were not proven.
