2009 LG-NatGeo campaign winner receives early Christmas gift

Manila, December 14, 2009 - Edwin Arcega (center) receives his 42-inch Scarlet LH70 Full HD LCD TV as prize for being the Philippine winner of the LG Electronics-National Geographic Channel Top 10 HD campaign held recently. “My wife and I are very happy for this wonderful advance Christmas gift. You made us understand and experience the stunning visual quality of High-Definition (HD) TV entertainment,” said Edwin, accounting officer of the TRIMEX Institute of Science and Technology in Laguna. His competition piece was “Ankor Wat.”

The 2009 National Geographic Channel Top 10 HD campaign, in conjunction with the launch of LG Electronics’ LH50 and LH70 FULL HD LCD TVs across South East Asia, invited viewers in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam to vote for their top 10 favorites from a collection of 30 NGC HD documentaries shown on National Geographic Channel HD in the past year.
