I was here at the AUTOCROSS: Track Day Test Drive Experience that was held in Clark International Speedway, this event is a culmination of Unionbank's Grand Free Autocross promo at C!'s 2010 Annual Buyers Guide. Winners of the promo received 20k pesos in cash and a P25k cash off on their auto loan (wohhhhh!!!) I saw them received the award and happy that even a youngester driver with a student drivers license wins one and got a chance to have a test drive and driving lesson and hop on on a hot yellow Genesis sports car.
Me and my fellow motoring bloggers -Dante, Arpee, Jeff and accompanied by the Yehey team duo Lazlo and Kankan, we went to Clark early in the morning and enjoyed looking at hot cars, this time they move and runs like a thunder and lightning, this is the most fun car show event that I attended, minus the sexy car show babes. But its okay, we looked around and tried to drive the Mitsubishi ASX with Jeff and saw Arpee and Dante did a dynamic duo and tested a Subaru, astig!
I just got in a close contact with the handsome Nissan Xtrail and after I saw that, I now wish to own or maybe buy in the future,the Xtrail looks like a mini tank for me with the a fog lights embedded on the roof of it. Got some tips on how to use an automatic gear in a car, because I grew up driving manual gear and this year's generation are that cars are getting more sporty and looks like a toy car. And oh, that paddle shift and plus and minus..whatdatatata..I need car racing 101 na talaga.
The motoring treat is envisioned by gear heads from Unionbank and C! particularly Mr. Genju Lapez of Unionbanks EVP and Head of Cosumer Finance and James Deakin, EIC of C! magazine.
