Manila Bloggers Meet Up in Mao Jia Hunan Cuisine

Last September 13, 2012, I invited our fellow bloggers again to have the 2nd weekly Manila Bloggers Meet Up and this time we’re doing a food fest at Mao Jia Hunan Cuisine. I friend called me up a week before the meet up and he told me that he put up a new venture and he’s running a Hunan cuisine restaurant for 2 months already and I’m not aware that he went to the food business after being into toys and pop culture industry. I took his invitation and then got the idea to do the next bloggers meet up.

btw, Mao Jia Hunan Cuisine is located at Ronac Art Center in Greenhills, San Juan. A building right after Madison Square and Xavier st.

We didn’t’ expected that they will serve lots of food, I think it was around 13 kinds of food from Mao Jia Hunan Cuisine’s menu.

pepper sausage with leeks not in menu but cooked right on spot,

It’s a hot and chili food experience and here we tested the hot and spicyness of their food. Its funny that we saw two of our blogger friends sweating and getting all red ahhahaha

They also sell this Chairma Mao pop art statue

It’s a simple set up for a restaurant but the cuisine are very authentic, prepared by Hunan chefs coming directly from Hunan Province in China.

It’s a food fest for all of us. I love to invite more bloggers for this meet up, but I need to limit it first because I like to invite food bloggers for the moment, but I’m organizing another meet up that can accommodate up to 50 bloggers this month of October, watch out for my announcement in Facebook and via email too.
