Calling all magic folk! Witches! Wizards! Come and visit SM City Marikina and SM City Taytay this July as they celebrate – HARRY POTTER AND THE HALF-BLOOD PRINCE™ “MOVIE RELEASE PARTY”!!! A whole month of exciting activities where one can explore the magical world of witches and wizards!
Come in your most exciting witch or wizard costume and join the numerous activities such as the Face Painting on July 18 & 19 and have your pictures taken at the different photos areas around the mall.
On the same dates, interact and have fun with the Magical Animals Photo Station where rare animals are on exhibit and animal handlers will let you in on tips and secrets on animal care.
On July 25 & 26, have fun and challenge your creativity with the Craft Sessions – Make Your Own Wand & Snitch corner. A fun filled activity where witches and wizards will design and decorate their own wands and snitches.
And on July 19, spend a whole crazy and fun day of magic, games and races!
At 2:00pm, enjoy your favourite game ten-times larger with the Giant Snakes & Ladder Floor Game and the traditional Filipino game “Pabitin” given a sprinkle of fairy dust and turned into a Reach & Grab Game at 3:00pm.
And at 5:00pm, take out your wands and ride those brooms as the Witches & Wizards Mall Race kicks off. Taking everyone around the mall in search of clues and crafts!
Surely, the HARRY POTTER AND THE HALF-BLOOD PRINCE™ Movie Release Party will not be complete without the “Wizard & Pet Costume Contest”! So, on July 19, 4:00pm, get your costumes ready and make sure to look like your favourite character, dress up your favourite pet and wave those wands for July 19 will surely be an exciting and magical day!
