TV5 is now having their own talent management and development division, they will call it Talent5, these are TV5 own star and celebrity that was discovered and honed with new talents. With the launching of Talent5, the talents will be coming from the new show and talent search program called "Star Factor", a show that not only they will search for new and upcoming talent celeb,but also will undergo training with the talent masters, It is good that they now opened their eyes and I agree on what Audie Gemora said that showing up on TV and winning in some reality tv show is not enough to be a star, you need to show more talents and how to perform well on TV.
The training they have will start from shaping the talents, how to deal with managers, how to talk to the press, how to handle personal situations and how to work with the crew of a show. The reality based show and talent search will be screening participants from age 13-18 with total package of good looks,talent and charm, and star quality.
Panel of judges aka Star Makers will be theater actor-director Audie Gemora, director Joey Reyes, ace fashion photographer Raymund Isaac, music icon Mr. Ryan Cayabyab, and talent manager Ms. Annabelle Rama, and host of the show will be Ruffa Gutierrez.
