Its my first time to see a big event about visual arts, and it houses the top art gallery, studio and art groups, and also showcasing the our top contemporary artist here in the Philippines, its just a partial list of artist, since everyone can't be housed in a big parking lot of Link Building in Makati City, but this is a good start to show that art events can be organized anywhere and we saw it here in a parking lot and I didn't even know that it is a parking, and now it looks like a big art gallery. The Filipino art is still in its best and many still appreciate it, congratulations to all who worked really hard to pull this show a success.

here's a video preview of Art Fair Philippines 2013, I uploaded and edited this yesterday using my iPhone4s. I uploaded it right away when I learned that theres free WIFI at the LINK Bldg. I think there were areound 12 Wifi hotspots.
I went around the Art Fair Philippines and I think I went around 4 times during its preview day with the VIP. I was there to cover as a blogger and I'm glad that I see old friends who are still active in the art scene
The event blasts us with lots of wifi hotspot, that is so great!! and we were allowed to take photos and do Instagram, I'm glad that they are open to this idea, I'm not sure if it is open during the regular show, but if the art gallery staff or artist told you not to take photos, just follow and move forward.

I’m Instgramming Ronald Ventura’s art sculpture, I heard that his art is worth 1 milllion pesos.
After I finished up the registration at the door, the staff told me to check out Gabby Barredo’s moving art work exhibit, it is placed in a dark room with few lights and here my mind was blown away with things in its weirdest form, all of it blended in a nice way, its like a machine or a clock, that moves and its gears work together. The baby figure is one of the best and most attracted us, it is also creepy as it move.

At the Tin Aw Gallery will amaze you with lots of optical illusion, I didn’t know that illusion is a great effects for art and this piece is one of my favorite.
A table that will fool you if you look down and you’ll see the infinite below, but its just a mirror that reflects the small block and metal, and it looks like it’s a long post or unfinished post from a construction

Neon dots looked so 3D
There are lots of weird artworks found here in Art Fair Philippines, some are very entertaining, some are really great, others are not so….you know, but I’m also interested in drawings and paintings and most majority are paintings.
There are signs in every gallery, I just got lost and discovered so late that there are signs above and the name of the gallery.
This metallic chair is awesome, the back wings moves up and down and its like a flying chair

Over all, it’s the best art fair in the Philippines and I’m happy that I got the chance to see its preview day, In the past, I just attend in other art events but this event is a mind blown. I’m not an art collector, but I love to see different kind of style, concept, feelings of these artworks created by our top artist. Now I know why we are so a big boom in other countries, because it’s a one of kind that the pinoy artist can do for everyone.
