I know there's a lot of drama in this movie, as I saw the trailer, I can feel already the emotion of the story. So what happens to your nanny that took care of you since you were young and then now she's old, what will the employer will do to her and to their old house where they lived since the beginning. Accdg. to my wife, this movie is good, but she don't want to watch it because it could make her cry.
