I saw the teaser and countdown of the website last night and I thought it was just a fan website, but I noticed the domain with a dot gov.ph and I'm convinced that this is official. The news was first broke out in Twitter and later on people are waiting for its official launch and that was today. Hours ago, I think around 10am, the website was launch and opened for the public. Its the official website for the Office of the President of the Philippines, I got confused at first if this is an official website for President Noynoy Aquino, but then later on It was very clear that it is an official website for the new administration and office of President Aquino.
You will see it first by visiting http://president.gov.ph
On the first page, you will see an image of our President and some tagline and quoets from the Pres.like "Iba na tayo ngayon, Bagong Pilipinas", "Kayo ang Boss ko", and "Piliin natin ang daan matuwid".
The website is very user friendly and contains links directed to news feature, photos, videos, introduction of his cabinet members and a list of their names, and a link were you can post your own oath or devotion for change, and asking you about your concerns or comments about the government with tranparency to the people. There's also a "Tito Noy" link, and it ask everyone to contribute an image wallpaper.
The website also have a link to its official social networking site pages at Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Friendster and Multiply, I just noticed that they don't have a link for Plurk.

We're going to watch and observe more on this website, I think Pres. Aquino is the 1st president of the Philippines to have an official website that calls the people iniative to interact, react and help our President to re-shape this new administration and to make the government perform well.
