Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise is inviting all the chefs and cooks in the Philippines to join in their upcoming contest called "the Real Chef Challenge". The contest will start on Aug 1 to Sept 30 via online as they will accept recipes as your entries and to be uploaded at www.ufs.com/realchef
Chef and cooks have a choice to submit either a Hot Signature Dish or a Salad and Sandwich Combo recipe. The top 24 finalists will be put up for voting online in October, and they will face off in November 2015, during a grand taste testing event to be attended by diners and culinary experts.
In order to join, the participant should purchase a tub of the mayo brand to get an entry code needed for the contest. The product sticker code can be found inside the mayo tub and you’ll see it when you finish all the content.
Take a photo of your creations and send it via the website. Invite everyone to vote for your recipe and the top 6 recipe entries each from Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao and GMA will advance to the next level of the contest.
Also the top 24 finalist will challenge the chef and cook to officially offer their recipe to their food establishments. This is a requirement for the chef and cook participant and they should be really working in a restaurant or café.
Voting will be from Oct 19 to Nov 13, 2015. Then followed by a grand finals on Nov 23 in a live cook off match with each other.
Winners will be awarded with a PHP 100,000 on each category.

Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise invited us at the launch event to create our own sandwich spread. We used Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise and some ingredients to perk up our sandwich spread creations.
They told us that we can use the recipe provided by Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise
but my plan is to use my own recipe…..
I added some pickles, onions, blue cheese, herds and pepper
Then I added the Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise
Mixed it well…and make sure all are mixed together
I added some salt and make sure the blue cheese is dissolved properly
I tasted it and its good.. ahhahaha.
I call it the “Real Mom’s Mayonnaise”
because my mom used to make these at home…but I changed the concept and added some blue cheese.but then I forgot to add the boiled eggs ahhaahah.
