To apply for Moneygram account, you can also log into their website https://moneygram.ph, if you have a debit card or credit card, you can link your card there so that you can transfer money digitally to your receiver who have a GCash account. Also you can use the Moneygram website app to send money and get a control number for the pick up of  cash.

If there are no internet in the area, just visit a Moneygram station in your area and send the money over the counter and don't forget to get the 8 control number. You need that to share it to your money receiver.

For GCash, you can apply via their website https://www.gcash.com or download the GCash app for Android and Apple devices. Then you request for a KYC session to get approval to receive cash via the app. The KYC session will be done for at least a day via a FB video chat with a GCash KYC manager on standy online.
