I have tried once more the buffet of Marriott café, this is my 2nd time to go back and try their delicious westernize and Asian food. Although that the western style are much popular, many guests still enjoy the Asian and pinoy food offered in one of the buffet section, one of my favorite are the Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Pinoy food that are on the last corner of the buffet area.
The buffet counter is not that big or long, but they offer the best food like the US Rib eye steak, pizza and pasta, sushis, seafoods, Mongolian rice and salad and many more. The super win of the lunch buffet offer for a Php 875 is the inclusion of the dessert area and ice cream, kids and the entire family can enjoy the wide selection of food and dessert, I ate not that much, but I have learned on how I can taste the food by picking small parts only, I started to love their roasted peking duck, and after tasting it, the duck started to haunt me at night and it makes my saliva go crazy because it is so yummy. The Mongolian rice is also offered and you can ask the chef there to prepare and cook it for you, I recommend that you look for Chef Marian, she’s an awesome chef and she prepared my yummy Mongolian rice with sweet and spice, also I tasted her specialty recipe - the Singaporean lobster dish, and it’s a must try if you plan to visit it.

I’m very happy on the price deal that they offer to us and the food serving is quite okay for a lunch setting, I’m very comfortable on the set of meals and because it is not that too many and it will not make you walk out with a big tummy, but the taste of the food, the setting and ambiance of the café, the nice and cooperative chefs and the western and Asian food buffet are the one makes me happy to have my own happy lunch that day, and because of we’re satisfied on the service and price deal (me and my wife) we are planning to go back there again and bring our entire family to try and take the advantage of the super discount of Php 875, and I’m glad that the iced tea drinks are bottomless, compare to other buffets in restaurants and hotels that drinks are not included in their buffet price. Marriott Café should do this every month, maybe next buffet is breakfast or dinner, or even merienda. Also, I’m curious on what will be there cuisine theme next year, you know that the Thai food fest are the most successful cuisine theme of Marriott Café and they won an award for that set up.
