This coming Feb 27th, there will be a mixology contest participated by students from different University, the purpose of this event is to promote bartending and also in search for the ultimate cocktail drink.
The event is organized by Pinoytender Management Consultancy in cooperation with Bacardi-Martini Philippines, the event is also considered as a culminating activity of Bacardi Philippines' program for their Bacardi University students.
Richie Cruz’s El Tindero
I will be there to attend the event and also take the challenge to judge and select the best of the best cocktail mix. Im excited for this and this an another event that I need to support after the seasons for beer and wines. Okay, cocktails, you are next.
To spice up my participation as judge, I got a taste of Richie Cruz’s El Tindero cocktail drink. Richie is one of the top 5 finalist of the Bacardi Legacy Cocktail Competition and his pinoy cocktail creation "El Tindero" will compete for the national competition soon and if ever he won the contest, his El Tindero drink will represent our country to compete for the world contest.
The Bacardi U-Mix Bartending Competition will serve as a road for Bacardi University students who want to level up and discover their creativity when it comes to mixing.
The competition will be held at Café Enye in Eastwood City in Libis, Quezon City. Lyceum of the Philippines is the current champion of this competition and we shall see who among the schools have what it takes to win the title.

Prizes at stake are:
1st P5,000 plus Bar Kit and Certificate
2nd P3,000 plus Bar Kit and Certificate
3rd P2,000 plus Bar Kit and Certificate
Special Awards will be given to the Best Cocktail and Presentation.
