Playboy Magazine Philippines Issue 2

This is my short review of the issue of the Playboy Magazine Philippines edition, take note that this magazine is a lot more different from the original Playboy magazine, its minus the frontal nudity and also other original graphic nature of the original magazine.

I was waiting for the new issue to come out and I thought that the magazine was canceled due to some issues surfacing about its release, but I was informed via a friend's twitter post that the 2nd issue is coming its way in to the bookstore's shelves this week and noted that Raquel Gibson is on the cover.

After seeing the cover, its turns out to be a classical look or a vintage style photo of Raquel Gibson on the cover, although that it makes a lot more different from other men's magazine who shows clear and attracting photos of cover girls, but Playboy delivers their own style which made other people scratch their heads and think of it maybe another magazine with a title - P YBOY, which the cover model covers the title of the magazine and many of the adults aren't aware of the local version of the magazine, and maybe surprised them to see this on the front stall of a booksale store.


Articles are now popping up and i like its still like reading other magazines,but hey! for me its okay because its like a one size fits all magazine with features about clothes, gadgets, events and other adult stuff.



Raquel Gibson. The photos of her is nice, I like the style and the location is at a local beach the Fil-Italian Playmate gazes the pages and don't expect any frontal exposure. In this issue lets expect some back exposure, were they stand or lie down turning their back and side with us.



Billy Abeleda is the Miss May 2008 and dominate the issue as the centerfold for May and happy to see a data sheet of the model, but its a lot more shorter data sheet and I'm expecting a lot info will be posted there.


Gadgets!!!! ohhh i love Gadgets!! I bought this magazine because of the tech feature articles hehehehe


There are interesting articles and features this Issue 2 like the Asians Playboy of the past, a reprint interview with former President Marcos, a 2008 interview with Tetchie Agabayani, there are new stories and articles and wait!!! the cartoon comic strip is here!, although I'm expecting more on a pinoy made comic strip, hope they get a local artist to do comics strip for them.

Ok I'll end it here, haven't seen the letters from the readers section or advice-tips from the experts or reviews, but still the magazine continues and its hot for an issue 2, still P199,
and I think on the coming months it will be less than P199.

now lets wait for another month for their issue 3.
