On the first anniversary of Bubba Gump restaurant in TriNoma mall, they brought to the Philippines, the main character that inspired the restaurant, Forrest Gump. The character of Forrest Gump is portrayed by Tom Hanks in the movie with the same name, but for the restaurant, the character is now portrayed by a professional impersonator and now dubbed as the talking Gump for Bubba Gump restaurant.

the man is Steve Weber, he wears a nerdy shirt, a white Nike shoes, a vintage luggage, and carries a box of chocolates. He really look more Forrest Gump and not more than like Tom Hanks, but having a conversation with him really make us star in a movie, He visited every branch of Bubba Gump around the world, and in TriNoma branch was his 30th branch visit. He guested in the PBA and soon in the opening season of NBA.
