CrePes & Cream is not just for desserts, but it is a good tummy filler. And I didn't know in the first place that our all time favorite crepes can be filled with delicious ingredients like corned beef, hotdogs, veggies, spicy tuna, kani, fruits, and chicken. Here at the new branch of CrePes & Cream in the 4th level bridgeway of SM Megamall, got introduce to another meal that is perfect for eat and go moments. CrePes & Cream is a modern and trendy cafe that serves a wide choice savory and sweet crepe that is a good mix of Asians and Western taste.
I'm very happy that they opened up a cafe type in SM Megamall, and I just remembered that me and Lace always buy our sweet ice cream crepe in SM Mall of Asia, and its one of our best dessert after our lunch or dinner whenever we are in the mall. (read more below)
At the CrePes & Cream, I ordered my first crepe of the year and it was the Corned Beed crepes. It was fun to see the crepe cooker or chef in preparing my crepe, they put egg on top of it and they did a circular mix on top of the freshly cooked crepe. then they added cheese on top, and then the corned beef, added some mayonaise and then they folded it 3 section and landed on my table ready to eat. I like the taste of it, especially the mayonnaise ( or some kind of special mayonaisse), the cheese and beef are all tasty and you'll feel the taste of the egg in every bite of the crepe.
Then Lace tried to cook her own crepe, and because that they have this Create your own Crepe were you can decide and choose a wide selection of ingredients for yoru crepe. Lace create this Crepe Mango Mania, and I love the taste of it. She added some hazelnuts and special creme and I ate it all the way from cover to cover without any mess.
Crepe prices ranges from P65 to P175. They also have ice cream sundaes and creamy milkshakes. For having 30 types of crepe creation, its hard to choose which one I will try, but since I started 2 crepes already, maybe on my next visit will try other creations.
CrePes & Cream is also has branch in The Podium, Crescent West Park in Fort Bonifacio, Mall of Asia, Power Plant Mall, SM Pampanga, and Robinsons Manila.
*Mango Mania crepe is priced at P105, while the Corned Beef Crepe is priced at P135.
