I found a schedule for the 1st Philippine Chocolate and Ice Cream Show coming this week and it looks like that day 1-day 3 will be a grand of show for everyone, chocolates and ice cream will invade the city and expect a mouth watering experience after attending these seminars, workshop, competition and exhibit by our chocolate and ice cream suppliers.
I'm interested in attending day 1, since they will have some sort of Chocolate Cake Battle Royale and they will do it live, and for day 2 its the Plated Dessert Wars, hmm i wish they could give samples to the audiences hehehe.And for day 3 its the day for the Ice cream Innovation, I'm looking forward for this category, because ice cream are yummy and a new style of this will give tips to budding ice cream makers and businesses.
