SOCLAND started the turn over ceremony by awarding first the master key to the 1st unit buyer here in Anuva Resideces. The unit owner receives some perks as being the 1st customer of Anuva Residences.
I also learned that the entire tower are powered by PLDT Fibr.

Anala unit owners are so happy that they can live now in their new owned units at Anuva Residences. I talked to one of the unit owners and they told me that the next thing they’re going to do is to buy some furniture and finish the entire interior décor of their new home.
