Finally!
I have tasted and also visited this hidden restaurant in the far reaches of
Tagaytay City. Marcia Adams is very popular via word of mouth and this was well
mentioned and promoted by top foodies and blogger and I also learned about its
existence to a fellow foodie blogger. I’m curious and want to try their food
since 2013, but I didn’t got a chance to visit it because I’m totally clueless
where it is located and also my partner doesn’t want to go there because we are
not familiar with the route, but living in Tagaytay for 2 years, I guess we’re
ready to try this and I’m glad that I was here and I know already the way how to
go there.
Marcia Adams, is the cook and restaurant owner of Marcia Adams
restaurant, its an al fresco dining set up and they serve Italian,
Mediterranean, French Greek, Seafood and Vegetarian cuisine.
Marcia
Adams is located at Brgy Sicat in Alfonso, Cavite.
Its easy to got here if
you are coming from Tagaytay.
Brgy Sicat is the only street right after
Residence Inn Zoo along Tagaytay-Nasugbu Road.
If you plan to commute, just
ride a jeepney in Olivares or anywhere along Tagaytay-Nasugbu Road – jeepney
bound to Nasugbu and Lemery (actually the buses going to Lemery and Nasugbu
takes the same highway).
Just inform the jeepney driver to drop you off
Brgy Sicat and mention that the street right after the zoo.
It’s a walking
distance from the Brgy Sicat arch.
Take note that you need to reserve
first your visit with Marcia Adams, you can contact them via SMS or email. Maybe
next time I will try if they will accept 2-3 walk in guest..well its like an
experiment.
Also, the restaurant requires one customer to cover a
minimum of PHP700 for their three course meal. It means that bill each person
starts at PHP 700. Mahal pero sulit.
We went there last Saturday July
31 and the restaurant is almost full of customers, I saw 3 tables at the newly
built al fresco dining area and 6 more extra vacant tables at the 1st dining
area of Marcia Adams.
Oh btw…that’s their restaurant signage --- its
so small and hard to notice it
but there are people and vendors outside the
resto selling some fruits and veggies, that’s a good landmark for you to find
the restaurant. Just ask them if you are lost.

lots of plants and flowers.
I

An

For
our three course meal worth PHP 700++
We started with this good and yummy
AMALFI PRAWNS, a pan fried big prawns with bread crumbs, marinated with salt,
pepper, olive oil, parsley. Its so crispy and juicy.
I squeezed a fresh lemon juice on it to add more mamma mia flavor
GRILLED
AROMATIC PORK
PHP 700
Oh my goodness! this is the most delicious porkchop that I tasted, its like
its from the heavens, each bite escapes that juicy oil with aromatic spices and
herbs.
A must try food here in Marcia Adams
PANNA
COTTA WITH LEMON SAUCE
This is also included in the three course meal,
the lemon sauce just kicked me in the face after tasting it. I didn’t know that
it was lemon juice..its the strongest sour sweet flavor ever hahaha. But my
taste buds gets the hang of it after some munch of the panna
cotta.
Masarap din ito… a perfect dessert to end your indulgence at
Marcia Adams.
