There are two kinds of Holiday Cranberry Pizza – one is the thick crust and the other one is the thin crust. For my favorite I chose the thin crust because its more tasty with the mix of sweet cranberry and flavor of the Holiday Ham, for the thick crust, its so sweet and heavy – perfect for man sized meal.
We went to Angel’s Pizza in Makati Ave. for a taste and try of their Holiday Treats. I congratulated their 2 young chefs for innovating a special kind of pizza that is perfect for the Christmas season

My favorite is the parmesan chicken, anything that is with cheese, I automatically dip it in a sauce and bite it. The usual flavors like the honey glazed and smokey bbq are good too.

Its so fruity sweet mixed with the saltyness and sweet flavor of a Holiday Ham, Angel’s Pizza added that famous brand of Holiday Ham to their pizza and topped with sweet fruity bits of cranberry fruit. It’s a new pizza in my life and I love how they figured out a special holiday pizza.

The thin crust version is my preference because it gives a much pizza and ham flavor with blend of a fruity sweet Cranberry.
Compare to the thick crust, the sweet sauce of the holiday ham and juice of the cranberry over powered the flavor of the pizza due it was absorbed by the thick crust.
