SM Supermalls is celebrating their 30th anniversary, the big announcement was revealed after their SM FEB30 viral photo that brings a lot speculations and funny comments that February 2016 is a leap year and it doesn’t have a Feb 30 date. SM Supermalls. the biggest and most popular shopping mall in the country is now on its 30th year, that’s 30 years for serving us pinoys and they provide non stop one stop shop for goods and convenience because they have everything we need.
SM Supermalls opened their first mall back in 1985, through the years, the mall evolved more than just a shopping mall, servicing millions of shoppers from 1985 to 2016. SM now have 62 malls in the Philippines and also have 7 mall branches in China and for the year 2018, SM Supermalls is ready to open their 75th mall.
SM continues to expand and also shift to the township level, many SM condos are being built near their mall and this will bring more fun to shopping as SM continues to create a new community under their township.
The 30th anniversary celebration was held in SM City North EDSA-The Block yesterday February 29th. The event was attended by SM Supermalls management, partners, and beloved shoppers. The event opened with a 30-pc Manila Philharmonic Orchestra playing classic symphonic music and also pop music medley of Arianna Grande, Beatles and Michael Jackson and then later on Morisette Amon performed 4 songs and was followed by music mix by DJ Badkiss.

I also saw a preview of the final visual look of SM Mall of Asia.
Some parts are under renovation, once completed, SM MOA will be the biggest mall in the world, with a FIFA grade football field above the mall.
